Rapid Prototyping for eVTOL Concepts and Flight Simulator Components

Additive manufacturing was used to support both eVTOL concept development and customized flight simulator component validation.

For the eVTOL project, a physical scale model helped the team review aircraft configuration, exterior form, and overall design direction. For the simulator cockpit observer window, a customized part was produced to validate geometry, fit, mounting positions, and integration with the surrounding structure.

By converting CAD data directly into physical parts, the team reduced reliance on traditional tooling and enabled faster design review, iteration, and low-volume customization.
